Comment: Yuuum. The last time I made my own pasta was back in cooking class in high school. Def a lot of work but so, so good.
Why oh why does every damn pie crust recipe I find have to include shortening? I always lose my simple flour, butter, and water recipe. I’ve finally found one that I think will work, but it’s a pain having to sift through all the crap.
