Itchin’ to read
August 24, 2008 - 7:14 pm PDT
I’m really itching to read a good history book about some fiber craft. I had a bit of fill by reading the most recent issue of Wild Fibers, which was a good substitute for No Idle Hands which I’ve glanced at but never made the decision to purchase every time I step into The Toadstool in town. I’ve been wanting to buy it each time, but made a different excuse not to each time. The one time I distinctly decide to buy something, it’s no longer there. Fortunately for my bank account, two magazines are cheaper than a history book.

August 25th, 2008 @ 7:07 am PDTHee! I always see that at the Toadstool, too, and like you always pass up on it. FYI, the Keene library has it. Or at least had it a few years ago. I started reading it, but got distracted by something else, and never finished. I suppose I’d be more likely to finish if I owned it, and hadn’t borrowed it from the library.
If your bank account can take it, you might also consider Knitting America, which I did break down and buy from Toadstool.
